Registration

• If you would like to participate, please complete the registration from by October 31 (Tue) .

• The venue has a capacity of 100 people. This symposium also allows for online participation (Online participation limited to 500 people). After completing the registration, the secretariat will send you access information. Please be aware that there may be disruptions in video and audio quality during online participation.

• We also welcome poster presentations. Please submit your application via the above form by October 31 (Tue) . When submitting, kindly follow the Abstract Sample and upload your abstract here .

Participation fee

• 1,000 yen (includes abstract fee and lunch of day2)

• Free for online participants

• Information Exchange Event fee: 3,000 yen (1,000 yen for students)

• Please pay the registration fee and Information Exchange Event fee at the venue on the day of the symposium.
